See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A); Wilson v. City of 23 San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997). Additionally, as the opposing party has provided 24 written consent to amendment, Plaintiff may file a First Amended Complaint without leave of 25 court. See Fed. R. Civ.
