(ECF No. 8) 15 16 On March 21, 2022, Plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice pursuant 17 to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)G), as Defendants have not filed an answer or 18 motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 8). In light of the voluntary dismissal, this action has 19 been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)G), and has been dismissed with prejudice. See 20 Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997).
