DONOVAN CORRECTIONAL FACILITY, 15 Respondent. 16 17 18 By order filed August 1, 2023, petitioner’s application for writ of habeas corpus was 19 dismissed, and he was granted thirty days leave to file an amended petition and to submit an 20 affidavit in support of his request to proceed in forma pauperis or the appropriate court filing fee. 21 Thirty days from that date have now passed, and petitioner has not filed an amended petition, 22 filed an affidavit or paid the filing fee, or otherwise responded to the court’s order.1 23 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is 24 directed to assign a district judge to this case; and 25 //// 26 1 On August 14, 2023, petitioner filed a document addressing the substance of his claims.
