ORDER AND FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 14 ADULT CORRECTIONAL HEALTH, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 On June 23, 2023, plaintiff was ordered to file a completed in forma pauperis affidavit and 18 a certified copy of his prison trust account statement, and he was cautioned that failure to do so 19 would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. ECF No. 4. On July 5, 2023, the 20 court’s order was returned to the court as undeliverable. 21 Although it appears from the file that plaintiff’s copy of the order was returned, plaintiff 22 was properly served. It is the plaintiff’s responsibility to keep the court apprised of his current 23 address at all times. Pursuant to Local Rule 182(f), service of documents at the record address of 24 the party is fully effective. 25 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is 26 directed to assign a District Judge to this case. 27 //// 28 //// ] IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that this action be DISMISSED without prejudice 2 || for failure to prosecute. 3 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 4 | assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Within fourteen days 5 || after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 6 || with the court.
