(ECF No. 9) 15 16 On April 2, 2022, Plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice pursuant to 17 Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(G), as Defendant has not filed an answer or motion 18 for summary judgment. (ECF No. 9). In light of the voluntary dismissal, this action has been 19 terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(@), and has been dismissed with prejudice. See Wilson v. 20 City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997).
