Miroth, ECF No. 3. “To 19 | satisfy the requirements of 28 U.S.C. § 1915, applicants must demonstrate that because of 20 | poverty, they cannot meet court costs and still provide themselves, and any dependents, with the 21 | necessities of life.” McKinley v. Cty. of Fresno, No. 1:21-754, 2021 WL 3007162, at *1 (E.D. 22 | Cal. July 15, 2021) (citation omitted).
