(Doc. 15) 14 WARDEN TRATE, 15 Respondent. 16 17 On March 10, 2022, Petitioner filed a motion for default judgment. (Doc. 9.) The Court 18 denied the motion on April 11, 2022. (Doc. 12.) On April 29, 2022, Petitioner filed a motion in 19 which he again requests judgment be entered in his favor, asserting Respondent failed to comply 20 with the deadline ordered by the Court. (Doc. 15 at 1-2.) However, Respondent was granted an 21 extension of time to file an answer, and the deadline was extended to May 10, 2022. (Doc. 14.) 22 As a result, the deadline has not expired. 23 Moreover, as the Court explained in its prior order, even if Respondent fails to timely file 24 an answer, Petitioner would not be entitled to default judgment.
