On February 18, 2022, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations, which 2200 were served on plaintiff. A judgment by default is entered against any right, title, or interest of potential claimants 8 || Ronald Hilliard, Helen Carlos, and the Citibank Account Holder in the defendant funds referenced in Q || the above caption; 10 5. Final judgment is entered, forfeiting all right, title, and interest in the defendant funds to 11 || the United States, to be disposed of according to law; and 12 6.
