Plaintiff was warned that failure to 19 do so would result in dismissal. The time allotted to plaintiff to either pay the filing fee or submit 20 an application to proceed in forma pauperis has expired. 21 Although it appears from the docket that plaintiff’s copy of the August 18, 2023, order 22 was returned, plaintiff was properly served. It is the plaintiff’s responsibility to keep the court 23 apprised of his current address at all times.
