ORDER 14 DELGADO, et al., 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff, a former1 county inmate proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights action 18 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 together with a request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. 19 Plaintiff has not submitted his in forma pauperis request (ECF No. 2) on a proper form. 20 Plaintiff’s request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis will be denied, and plaintiff will 21 be granted thirty days to submit a new request on a proper form.
