MORENO, et al., (ECF No. 47) 12 Defendants. 13 14 Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant 15 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 16 On January 12, 2024, Plaintiff filed a notice to voluntary dismiss the action pursuant to 17 || Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41. (ECF No. 47.) On January 17, 2024, Defendants filed a 18 | statement of non-opposition. (ECF No. 49.) In light of the stipulation of the parties, this action has 19 | been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i); Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th 20 | Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with prejudice. 21 Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is HEREBY ORDERED to CLOSE the file in this case 22 || and adjust the docket to reflect voluntary dismissal of this action pursuant to Rule 41 (a). 23 24 | ITIS SO ORDERED.
