The 18 amended complaint was due on May 13, 2024, but plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. 19 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court assign a district 20 court judge to this case, and IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed 21 without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 22 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 23 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 24 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 25 with the court.
