See 24 Kamakana v. City of Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172, 1178 (9th Cir. 2006); Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(a). The 25 court hereby orders that the portion of Defendant’s Motion to Compel Arbitration identified above 26 will remain filed under seal.
