WITHIN TWO DAYS FROM THE DATE 16 OF SERVICE OF ORDER 17 18 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Local Rule 141(b) and based upon the 19 representation contained in the Respondent’s Request to Seal, that the Respondent’s Appendix, 20 pp 95-156, in Support of Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss and Response to Petition under 28 21 U.S.C. § 2241 pertaining to petitioner Eric Lebron Springs, and Respondent’s Request to Seal 22 shall be SEALED until further order of this Court. 23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that electronic access to the sealed documents shall be 24 limited to the Respondent. 25 The Court has considered the factors set forth in Oregonian Publishing Co. v. U.S. 26 District Court for the District of Oregon, 920 F.2d 1462 (9th Cir. 1990). The Court finds that, for 27 the reasons stated in the Respondent’s request, sealing the Respondent’s motion serves a compelling interest.
