Thereafter, the court ordered that any motion to substitute 19 plaintiffs under Rule 25(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure must be filed no later than 20 October 14, 2024. No motion to substitute has been filed. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 21 RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed. 22 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 23 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 24 after service of these findings and recommendations, any written objections may be filed with the 25 court.
