(1) The motion is granted, (2) the matter is remanded to the Court of International Trade, and (3) the Court of International Trade is requested to reconsider its decision in Court No. 93-08-00470, entered on October 8, 1993, in light of this Court's decision of September 30, 1994 in Appeal No. 93-1525 and Appeal No. 93-1534.
