1The decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (Board) in docket No. AT07528710107, affirming the Department of the Navy's removal of the petitioner for unexcused tardiness and unauthorized absence, is affirmed on the basis of the opinion of the administrative judge of the Board and the order of the Board denying review of the administrative judge's initial decision.
