Plaintiff was granted until 14 January 18, 2024, to file an amended complaint, and cautioned that if he failed to do so, this case 3 15 || would be dismissed without prejudice. (ECF No. 10 at 4:18-19.) The deadline has passed, and a 16 || Plaintiff has not responded to the Court’s order. As Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint 3 17 || by the deadline, shown cause why not, or requested an extension of time, this case is DISMISSED 18 || without prejudice. See WMX Technologies v.
