Plaintiff has requested leave to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal. Dkt. No. 25. The 3 15 || Court finds that the appeal is not taken in good faith and therefore leave to proceed in forma 16 || pauperis on appeal is DENIED and plaintiffs in forma pauperis status is REVOKED. See 28 5 17 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3); Hooker v. American Airlines, 302 F.3d 1091, 1092 (9th Cir. 2002). This case 1g || remains closed.
