No. 9. The Court construes the letter as a request for an extension of 3 15 || time to file his amended complaint and GRANTS this request. Dkt. No. 9. Plaintiff shall file his a 16 || amended complaint by March 31, 2023. Plaintiff is reminded that an amended complaint 3 17 || completely replaces the previous complaints. See Lacey v. Maricopa Cnty., 693 F.3d 896, 925 18 |} (9th Cir. 2012). Accordingly, Plaintiff must include in his amended complaint all the claims he 19 || wishes to present and all of the defendants he wishes to sue. Plaintiff may not incorporate 20 || material from the prior complaint by reference. Failure to file an amended complaint in 21 accordance with this order in the time provided will result in this action being dismissed without 22 || further notice to Plaintiff. The Clerk shall include two copies of the court’s complaint form with a 23 || copy of this order to Plaintiff. 24 This order terminates Dkt.
