Pee Curiam. In this case the claimant, a colored citizen of Charleston, seeks to recover the net proceeds of two bales of upland cotton. The facts are almost identical with those in Dereef’s case, (p. 163, ante,) and the opinion in that case is applicable to this.
The judgment of the court is that the claimant recover the net proceeds of two bales of upland cotton, captured at Charleston, being $131 20-per bale, and amounting to $260 40.
