On offer of compromise made by plaintiffs, which was accepted by the defendant, and in accordance with a memorandum report by a commissioner of the court, on plaintiffs’ motion for judgment, which was allowed, it was ordered that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiffs in the sum of $11,500.
