Suit for salary; claim for amount due during the period of plaintiff’s separation from the service.

Upon the stipulation filed by the parties and the report of a commissioner of the court recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $643.26.
