On a stipulation entered into by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to the entry of judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $19,712.97, and for the defendant on its counterclaim in the sum of $3,712.97; it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for the net amount of $16,000.
