On June 22, 1978, based on a stipulation of the parties, the court entered judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $51,336.95, of which $3,971.89 is to to be credited to plaintiffs Civil Service Retirement Fund and the balance of $47,365.06 to be paid to plaintiff.
