On March 3, 1981, the court entered judgment for $17,076.31, of which $12,010.28 is to be paid to plaintiff, after appropriate deductions for retirement and taxes, plus back pay due subsequent to May 3, 1980, and ordered plaintiffs records be corrected to reflect promotion.
