DODERIDGE, J. said, if one enters into an obligation on the 10th of May, to stand by the arbitration of I. S. If I. S. makes arbitration on the same day; or has made an arbitration and award before, and publishes it afterwards, it is sufficient. It was adjudged that an award, made the same day that the obligation was given, is good.
*15 It is the same as a bargain and sale enrolled on the same day. 4 El. Dallison’s reports.
