dissenting. I agree with the Appellate Court that the trial court improperly allowed the state to amend the third and fourth counts of the information. State v. Tanzella, 28 Conn. App. 581, 587-90, 613 A.2d 825 (1992).

Accordingly, I respectfully dissent.
