The plaintiffs' petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 174 Conn.App. 153, 165 A.3d 160 (2017), is granted, limited to the following question:

"Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the judgment discharging the plaintiffs' broker's lien on the basis of its conclusion in Reserve Realty, LLC v. Windemere Reserve, LLC, 174 Conn. App. 130, 165 A.3d 162 (2017) ?"
