The Court finds the defendant liable for the damage caused to the plaintiff's property and awards the plaintiff the sum of:
$12,495.10 consisting of $11,395.10 for the value of the property destroyed and $1,100.00 to clean the plaintiff's field of the damaged property and restore the paintiff's property.
In addition the Court will award interest from June 10, 1998, and reasonable costs.
