MEMORANDUM OF DECISION Since all counsel in this matter have failed to respond to the Court's inquiry as to the status of this matter,¹ the Court will presume that its prior orders as to medical attention for the petitioner have been fulfilled.

Accordingly, there is no cause of action presently before this Court. The Petition for habeas corpus is, therefore, dismissed.
