CORRECTION TO MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The memorandum of decision dated April 18, 2000 is hereby corrected to rectify a mathematical error in the charged assessed value of the property in question.

The ordered assessed value is corrected to $570,500. (70% of $815,000 = $570,500 not $573,500).
