    It was stipulated that the merchandise consists of paperweights, marcel irons, banks, tooth brush holder, shaving brush holder, and utility boxes chiefly used in the household for utilitarian purposes. The claim at 40 percent under paragraph 339 was therefore sustained. Rice v. United States (T. D. 49373), Dow v. United States (21 C. C. P. A. 282, T. D. 46816), Abstract 38680, and Woolworth v. United States (26 C. C. P. A. 221, C. A. D. 20) cited.
