Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff’ s application to proceed in forma pauperis [2] is DENIED; it is FURTHER GRDERED that plaintiffs "Application for Temporary Injunction 18 U.S.C. § 3626 and Institutional Equivalent of 6OMont[h] Trust Fund Statement form Pro Se Plaintiff" [5] is DENIED [5] is DENIED; and it is FURTI-IER ORDERED that the complaint and this civil action are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
