ON CONFESSION OF ERROR
PER CURIAM. We accept appellee’s confession of error. Accordingly, we reverse the final judgment of foreclosure and remand with instructions for the trial court to enter an involuntary dismissal in favor of appéllants.
Reversed and remanded.
