HOBSON, Judge. Upon examination of the record-on-appeal in the instant case it appears that the order appealed is not a final order but is interlocutory and, therefore, nonappealable. See Hancock, et al. v. Piper, Fla.1966, 186 So.2d 489.
For the reason stated this appeal is dismissed ex mero motu.
