PER CURIAM.

We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein, and our consideration thereof requires a conclusion that no error was committed by the trial court in accepting appellant’s plea of nolo contendere to the lesser included offense of manslaughter. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence imposed thereon is affirmed.
