PER CURIAM. This appeal concerns whether or not appellant had a valid security interest in personal property located on the premises subject to a mortgage. From an examination of the record, it is clear that there never was a valid security interest obtained. None was signed and from the testimony none was intended.
No error having been made to appear, the judgment is therefore affirmed.
PIERCE, C. J., and LILES and MANN, JJ., concur.
