PER CURIAM.

On petition for habeas corpus we granted petitioner delayed appellate review of his conviction and sentence on a charge of robbery. Having now considered the briefs and the record, we find no error, and we therefore affirm the judgment and sentence and deny the writ.

Habeas corpus denied.
