PER CURIAM. The judgment of guilt is affirmed. The maximum sentence for the crime of second degree murder is life imprisonment. Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment plus ninety-nine years. Therefore, the case is remanded with directions for the sentence to be reduced to life imprisonment, without the necessity of appellant being present when the sentence is reduced.
