PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appeal and cross-appeal, we affirm the judgment and denial of injunction on the merits of the issues presented but reverse the trial court’s denial of attorney’s fees and costs to appel-lee. § 718.125, Fla.Stat. (1979).

Remanded for hearing to determine attorney’s fees and costs.
