PER CURIAM. Upon the state’s proper confession of error, we reverse the adjudication of delinquency. The confession was obtained in violation of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694 (1966); the trial court, therefore, erred in denying W.H.’s motion to suppress.
Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
