DAUKSCH, Judge. This is an appeal from a sentence. Because the trial judge assessed points for legal constraint for multiple convictions, in accordance with various rulings of this court later overturned by the supreme court, the sentence must be vacated and a new sentence imposed. Flowers v. State, 586 So.2d 1058 (Fla.1991).
SENTENCE VACATED; REMANDED.
COBB and PETERSON, JJ., concur.
