PER CURIAM. Walter James Griffin appeals denial of his petition for writ of mandamus. Upon consideration of his initial brief, however, we find that the arguments presented were previously considered and found to be without merit in an earlier appeal. Griffin v. Dugger, 575 So.2d 657 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991). Accordingly, we affirm the trial court’s order pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.315(a).
JOANOS, C.J., and WIGGINTON and BARFIELD, JJ., concur.
