PER CURIAM. After Shironard R. Beauford was convicted of one felony and two misdemeanors, he was sentenced to consecutive terms in the county jail which exceeded a term of one year. We affirm under the authority of Armstrong v. State, 640 So.2d 1250 (Fla. 5th DCA), rev. granted, 650 So.2d 989 (Fla.1994), but acknowledge conflict with McGauley v. State, 632 So.2d 1154 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994).
HARRIS, C.J., and COBB and GRIFFIN, JJ., concur.
