PER CURIAM. In the instant case, we find that the trial court abused its discretion by granting a new trial on damages where the jury’s verdict was not contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence. Smith v. Brown, 525 So.2d 868, 870 (Fla.1988).
*1324 Reversed and remanded for reinstatement of the jury’s verdict and entry of a final judgment consistent therewith.
