PER CURIAM. We affirm the trial court’s order in all respects. Because the appellants’ attorney, Robert M. Brake, relitigates issues that have already been considered in this interminable and vexatious litigation, we grant the appellees attorney’s fees. See Brake v. Estate of Murphy, 678 So.2d 374 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996).
Affirmed.
