PER CURIAM. Having considered appellant’s response to the court’s order, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The dismissal is without prejudice to appellant to file with the appellate court a petition for belated appeal which complies with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(j).
