PER CURIAM.

Miami Tower Associates Limited Partnership and others appeal summary judgments entered against them and in favor of Simplex Time Recorder Co. and Tri-City Electric Co. We conclude that genuine issues of material fact preclude disposition of this matter by way of summary judgment. See Moore v. Morris, 475 So.2d 666, 668 (Fla.1985); Roll v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40, 43 (Fla.1966). Thus, we reverse the summary judgments and remand for further proceedings.
