PER CURIAM. The Court has determined that because the appellant’s motion for rehearing was not timely served, it did not delay rendition of the final judgment. See Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.530; Fla. R.App. P. 9.020(h). Consequently, the appellant’s notice of appeal was not timely filed and this Court lacks jurisdiction to review the order on appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed.
DISMISSED.
